Textile Wastewater Treatment 

SHUIYI's Double Membrane Technologies in Vietnam's Phuoc Dong Industrial Park 

GAIN LUCKY (VIETNAM) LIMITED 's renewable water resources utilization project was officially put into operation on July 13, 2022. The core treatment process of the project adopts manganese sand filtration "double membrane process" （pressurized ultra filtration & reverse osmosis), and the influent water adopts the effluent discharged up to the standard after treatment by the company's sewage station. The project is divided into first and second phases of construction, with a total construction area of 2422.7m2, system recovery rate of 50%~65%, a design scale of 10000m3/d for water reuse (5000m3/d in the first phase), the effluent quality meets the Vietnamese tap water standard, and the effluent is reused in the production workshop, truly realizing the recycling of sewage. It is expected to save more than 330×104m3 (165×104m3) of water resources for Deli every year, and this project has good environmental protection and social benefits.
