Project Profile
This project is an auxiliary production unit of a coal, oil and gas resources comprehensive utilization project, which consists of wastewater treatment facilities and heat exchange station in the south area.
1248 membranes and 4 sets of membrane modulus were used.
The selected product model is RBW-8040.
The installation start date is August 29, 2022.

Operating Process
The RO device is divided into two parts.
Part 1 To treat the water comes from domestic waste water
wastewater treatment unit effluent → BiosS-Treat special organic removal device → ultrafiltration unit → reverse osmosis unit
Part of the reverse osmosis concentrated water is filtered again in the nanofiltration unit, and part of it is mixed with the nanofiltration concentrated water and discharged to the standard by the treatment process of “ozone oxidation → aeration biofilter (secondary) → activated carbon filter”.
The front-end production wastewater treatment unit adopts the treatment process of “production wastewater → conditioning tank → dissolved air flotation → A/O biochemical (secondary) → secondary sedimentation tank → high efficiency sedimentation tank → ozone oxidation → aeration biofilter (secondary)”.
Part 2 To treat lustration wastewater
It includes recycled water, discharge water, concentrated water from desalination station and thermal power station discharge water. The wastewater is featured with high hardness and alkalinity. The treatment process: “lustration wastewater → clean wastewater conditioning tank → high efficiency sedimentation tank → ultrafiltration unit → reverse osmosis unit”. The concentrated water adopts the treatment process of “ozone oxidation → aeration biofilter (secondary) → activated carbon filter”.
