Achievement
The sludge concentration of the membrane pool was 10000mg/L. According to the characteristics of the project, SHUIYI targeted to optimize the perforation mode of the membrane pool aeration, so that the large bubbles could more fully scour the membrane surface, effectively reducing the membrane fouling rate by 23%. Within 2 months of operation, the water flow rate changes steadily, and the pressure difference across the membrane does not increase by more than 30%.
