Pure Water Preparation
PCB manufacturing has stringent requirements for pure water quality. We recommend employing Shuiyi UF membranes combined with two-stage Resalt series reclaimed water reverse osmosis membranes for pre-desalination, along with EDI and polishing mixed-bed processes, in order to stably obtain high-quality pure water
Wastewater Treatment and Reuse
Wastewater from PCB electroplating production is characterized by complex composition, significant fluctuations in water quality and high pollutant concentrations, making its treatment challenging. We recommend adopting Shuiyi’s integrated membrane process — MBR + UF + RO (utilizing either the Resalt Series for water reuse of Procycle high-pressure RO membranes). The treated water can meet discharge standards or be reused in production processes.
