Pure Water Preparation
Ultrapure water is a critical cleaning medium in precision manufacturing industries such as semiconductors, photovoltaics and liquid crystals. As process precision increases, industry requirements for water quality indicators such as conductivity, particles and TOC have become increasingly stringent. We recommend employing Shuiyi UF membranes combined with two-stage Resalt series reclaimed water reverse osmosis membranes for pre-desalination, along with EDI and polishing mixed-bed processes, in order to stably obtain high-quality pure water.
Wastewater Treatment and Reuse
The wastewater treatment needs of the silicon-based microelectronics industry are complex: photovoltaic cell production primarily generates high-fluoride/nitrogen wastewater, while semiconductor chip manufacturing wastewater includes fluoride/ammonia-containing wastewater, grinding wastewater and heavy metal wastewater.
