1、Project Overview – Ultrafiltration System for Demineralized Water at a Power Plant in Anhui

- Process Flow: Coagulation → Clarification → Filtration → Ultrafiltration System → Reverse Osmosis System → Mixed Bed System
This system ensures high-quality demineralized water supply for power plant operations, providing stable performance and reliable pretreatment for the downstream RO and mixed-bed systems.

Operational Performance:
The system has been running continuously for 29 months, maintaining a permeate turbidity consistently below 0.07 NTU, ensuring precise and stable water quality control.

2、Project Overview – Demineralized Water System at an Environmental Energy Company (Jinan)
- Raw Water Source: Yellow River
- Project Capacity: 1st Stage – 15 TPH; 2nd Stage – 14 TPH
- Commissioning Date: June 2023
- Flux: 1st Stage – 22.5 LMH; 2nd Stage – 30 LMH
- Process Flow:Coagulation and Sedimentation → Ultrafiltration (UF) System → 1st-Stage RO System → 2nd-Stage RO System → EDI System

Operational Performance:
The system has been in continuous operation for 2.5 years, with the first-stage RO maintaining a stable desalination rate above 98%, and the second-stage RO producing permeate with conductivity below 2.5 μS/cm, ensuring consistently high water purity and reliable system performance.
