From November 5-7, 2025, the Shanghai New International Expo Centre hosted the annual grand event of the water treatment industry — Aquatech China 2025. At this globally recognized exhibition, Shuiyi Membrane, with the core philosophy of “Higher Efficiency, Lower Energy Consumption, Greater Stability”, showcased three core upgraded products: the Shuiyi 5th Generation SLUFRI® Series MBR Membrane, the Shuiyi 3rd Generation NIPS Ultrafiltration Membrane, and the Shuiyi RESALT® Series Water Reuse RO Membrane. Core Advantages: Inner-reinforced PVDF material and highly uniform pore size deliver more than 25% higher flux compared with the previous generation. It operates stably at a flux of 31 LMH for over a year without offline cleaning.

Cost Efficiency: Saves over 2 million RMB in investment and 1.2 million RMB in annual electricity costs for a 50,000 tons/day municipal project.

Structural Innovation: Hot-melt adhesive sheet arrangement technology solves the “sludge accumulation” issue, extending the cleaning cycle by over 100%.

Energy-Saving Patent: Large-bubble pulse aeration technology achieves an air-to-water ratio of ≤ 4:1, cutting both aeration energy consumption and blower investment each by 40%.

Enhanced Strength and Efficiency: It features a tensile strength ≥4.5N and an elongation rate exceeding 150%, with significantly fewer defect pores, ensuring stronger stability.

Process Breakthrough: Centrifugal sealing technology eliminates air bubbles and glue creeping issues, allowing it to withstand high-intensity air-water backwashing. It achieves a water production efficiency of over 95% and extends the service life.

Application Scenarios: Municipal reclaimed water and industrial RO pretreatment (projects requiring high stability).

Anti-Fouling Technology: CycleanTM anti-fouling modification and smooth membrane surface extend cleaning cycle by 30% and improve recovery rate by 10%.

Core Performance: Long-term salt rejection ≥ 99.6%, suitable for industrial and municipal reclaimed water reuse (scenarios requiring high water quality/stability).
