
ZS Series Submerged UF Membrane Cassette
Shuiyi Zeropa™ Series Submerged Ultrafiltration (UF) Membranes employ 1.35mm large-bore PVDF composite membranes and high-packing-density module design, delivering superior performance with high permeate flux, stable permeate quality, robust anti-fouling performance, compact footprint, and low energy consumption. These systems are extensively applicable in water reuse, advanced wastewater treatment, and municipal water supply. For large-scale municipal water projects, the recommended siphon-based, non-electric water production reduces energy consumption by over 50%compared to conventional pressurized systems.
Description
- The membrane pores are uniform and have a high porosity rate.
The fiber has an average pore size of 0.03μm, with uniformly distributed pores, high porosity, higher resistance to pollution, and a longer lifespan. Applications
Shuiyi Zeropa™ series submerged UF membrane products have strong resistance to fluctuations in water quality and hydraulic shock loads, capable of handling more complex inlet water qualities. Optional siphon-based power-free water production, suitable for large-scale projects with low operational costs and some variability in water quality and quantity. Widely used in municipal drinking water, municipal recycled water, textile dyeing wastewater, pulp and paper wastewater, basic chemical wastewater, mine water, steel water, PCB electroplating wastewater, power plant water, semiconductor water, and other water treatment areas.
