Tapfilm® Series Drinking Water Nanofiltration Membrane Products

The Shuiyi Tapfilm® series of drinking water nanofiltration membrane includes two models: TNF90 and TNF70. These membranes selectively remove organic matter and hardness from raw water, delivering both purification and softening performance.
TNF90 removes most of the hardness and organic matter simultaneously.
TNF70 primarily removes organic matter and sulfates, while retaining most other minerals.

(1) The parameters mentioned are based on data collected after the system has been running stably for 30 minutes;

(2) Water production volume has a deviation range of ±15%;

(3) Chemical cleaning is recommended at temperatures ≤30°C, with cleaning solution pH values not exceeding 2.0-12.0 above this temperature;

(4) When running in multi-element pressure vessels, the maximum pressure drop across the vessel should be kept within 0.25 MPa, not exceeding 0.3 MPa under any circumstances.
