Shuiyi PTFE hollow fiber membranes are made entirely from 100% PTFE material, with inner and outer layers sintered together, preventing delamination. PTFE hollow fiber membranes have high mechanical strength, suitable for harsh environments in membrane
bioreactors, with no fiber breakage and a long service life. - Withstands concentrated acids, strong alkalis, and aggressive oxidizers with extended service life
Shuiyi PTFE hollow fiber membranes exhibit outstanding resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and oxidizers. Even when heavily contaminated, they can be thoroughly restored through chemical cleaning,meeting a 10-year lifespan requirement. - Permanent hydrophilic modification, strong anti-fouling performance
Shuiyi PTFE hollow fiber membranes use proprietary hydrophilic modification technology, making the fibers highly hydrophilic and oleophobic. Flux recovery after cleaning is complete, and continuous operation and high-frequency backwashing do not affect their hydrophilicity. These membranes can be stored, transported, and installed dry. The PTFE material used has the lowest surface tension among solid materials, generally preventing oily substances from lingering on its surface, thus exhibiting strong anti-fouling capabilities. - Hot-melt adhesive automated sheet placement with pulsed aeration technology, engineered for anti-fouling performance and sludge-resistant operation
