Description

  • Automated Fiber Alignment — No Smudge Accumulation

Hot-melt adhesive fiber alignment ensures uniform spacing and orderly encapsulation of membrane fibers. It effectively enhances membrane module’s fouling resistance, reduces cleaning frequency and increases water production efficiency.

 

  • High Physical Mechanical Strength — No Breakage or Delamination

Continuous optimization of membrane manufacturing technology strengthens the bonding between the filtration layer and the support layer, thus improves fiber tensile strength (>140N) and peel strength (>3N), enabling resistance to higher-intensity hydraulic shocks without breakage or delamination for long-term stable water quality.

 

  • Small Pore Size, Uniformly distributed Pores — Stable and Reliable Outlet Water

With an average pore size of 0.03μm and uniformly distributed porosity, the membrane fibers effectively remove pollutants including suspended solids, bacteria, colloids and viruses, delivering stable and reliable water quality.

 

  • High Porosity — High Flux

The high porosity of membrane fibers achieves a typical operational flux of 15-35 LMH of MBR membranes at normal temperature, reducing required membrane area and lowering system investment for greater economic efficiency.
